You don’t need to pay the extrusion die (tooling) if we have existing dies, such as aluminum tube, angle, motor housing, T-slot and heat sink extrusions that we have.

For a custom extrusion shape, we will need to charge the die (tooling) cost at a low cost. The tooling belongs to you and we take care of maintenance, repair and rebuild. 

We have no strict minimum order quantity – we welcome orders from small prototype runs to high-volume production.

Our facility provides comprehensive secondary processing and finishing in-house. We offer precision CNC machining services such as drilling, tapping, milling, and cutting to create finished components. We also perform fabrication work like bending, welding, and assembly as needed.

We provide sand & glass bead blasting, polishing, anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis and other protective finishes.

Lead times depend on project scope. Simple profiles can often be completed in about 2 weeks, while more complex custom fabricated parts or large-volume orders may take longer.

Yes, if we receive samples. Our team will be able to make drawings based on the sample parts.
